Architecture
A tower drawn from the corner outward.
Kessler Arai began with the corner room — the one with two views — and stacked it thirty-two times. The rotation of each plate gives every residence a deep terrace planted with trees that grow above the facade line.
The envelope is a screen of bronze-anodised fins, set close on the west to cut the afternoon sun and opened on the north to the creek.
