We develop every address ourselves, from finding the site to looking after the home for a decade after handover.
- Site and brief
- Every development begins with a year on the land: its light, wind, water and neighbours. The brief is written from what we find, not from a sales plan.
- Architecture
- One architect per address, appointed for the whole project. We direct the design closely, but never dilute an idea by committee.
- Landscape
- Gardens are designed alongside the building and planted early, often two seasons before the first residents arrive.
- Interiors
- A short palette of natural materials, specified for how it will age. Joinery is drawn at full size and made by hand where it matters.
- Delivery
- We build with a small number of contractors we have worked with for years, and keep our own site team on every development.
- Aftercare
- A ten-year aftercare programme for every home, run by the people who built it, not a call centre.
