We began with three garden villas in Jumeirah, built with a single architect who stayed on site until the last tree was planted.

That way of working has not changed. Today the studio is forty people across Dubai, London and Mallorca: architects, landscape designers, engineers and the site teams who build with them. We develop slowly, keep our own people on every site, and look after each home for ten years after handover.
